Kate Hoy, ARC WA Program Director:   As the Program Manager of ARC WA, Kate provided education, outreach and advisement to small businesses seeking non-dilutive federal funding for novel cutting edge technology. As the Program Director she will be leading the effort to unite the Washington State innovation eco system by providing a single point of entry for both resource partners and innovators. 

 

In addition to being the Program Director for ARC WA, Kate provides DOD SBIR advisement for the Washington APEX Accelerator, Phase 0 guidance for DOE SBIR applicants, and general advisement to eco-innovators nationwide.
